DR Recruitment Coffs Harbour, in partnership with Quay Appointments, are suppliers of on-hired temporary/contract staff to the NSW Government under the C100 Contract throughout  the mid north coast of NSW.  We require experienced staff in the following areas:

 

  • Receptionists
  • Finance Officers
  • Accounts Clerks
  • Personal Assistants
  • Data Entry Clerks
  • Administration Assistants
  • Project Administrators

Successful candidates will be well presented, proficient in MS Office and reliable with relevant and recent administration experience. In return you will be paid top hourly rates and work with great clients. Roles will involve providing clerical and administrative support services to clients as well as accounts clerk functions.

Ideally, you will offer:

  • Accuracy in word processing, spreadsheet and data base packages
  • Ability to organise administrative arrangements
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Flexibility and reliability with an understanding of the importance of confidentiality
